Support Services:

For support services beyond property-related matters, please contact your assigned support worker directly.

Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are expected to maintain the property in a reasonable condition and report any issues promptly.
This includes:
  • Keeping the property clean and in good order.
  • Reporting maintenance issues as soon as they arise.
  • Allowing access for inspections and repairs when required.
  • Using fixtures and appliances correctly.
Failure to report issues early may result in further damage and delays in resolution.
We work in partnership with local authorities across Greater Manchester to provide compliant, professionally managed accommodation.
