  • Serious water leak – turn off stop tap and contact us

For support services beyond property-related matters, please contact your assigned support worker directly.

Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are expected to maintain the property in a reasonable condition and report any issues promptly.
This includes:
  • Keeping the property clean and in good order.
  • Reporting maintenance issues as soon as they arise.
  • Allowing access for inspections and repairs when required.
  • Using fixtures and appliances correctly.
Failure to report issues early may result in further damage and delays in resolution.
